Website privacy notice

This notice covers the HomeBase marketing website. The HomeBase app has its own privacy policy, shown inside the app.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo-request form: your name, association name, role, number of homeowners, email address, mobile number, and an optional note. This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your demo request. We never sell it and never share it for advertising or marketing. The only outside parties who handle it are the two providers named below, which process it on our behalf so that your request reaches us.

Where it lives

Each submission is stored on Google Firebase and, at the same time, delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. Both keep a copy. Send us an email anytime to have your request deleted from both.
